Zone Fitness has an option for everyone.
Our studio membership is a great option for those looking for a more private setting to complete daily workouts and cardio. With our studio membership, we have our clients book our studio room by the hour as well as reserve our Peloton® bike and tread right through our website using Mindbody.
- Semi-private access to our studio workout room as well as our Peloton® cardio equipment (maximum 2 people are booked at a time for Open Gym)
- Each day we post a workout of the day in our studio room. These workouts vary from Tabata to a total body hiit.
- You can select a different workout each day from our workout book to follow if you don’t want to do the workout of the day or are not sure where to start
For those looking for more specialized and customized workouts, we also offer a sit down with one of our certified trainers where we will talk about your goals and put together a workout plan together for you each month.
