What is the studio membership?

Studio Membership includes access to open gym time and Peloton equipment.

Open gym hours allow all our clients to come in and complete additional workouts in our group training room. We provide several binders filled with workout options for you to choose from. Please note that a maximum of 2 people can schedule the open gym any time. You can view the open gym schedule and sign up on our website under the studio schedule section.

What should you do if Open Gym or Peloton is at capacity?
If Open Gym or Peloton is full, please join the waitlist. You will be automatically added to the session and notified by email as spots become available due to cancellations. If you cannot attend the Open Gym or Peloton scheduled, please log in to our scheduler and cancel your reservation.
How do I get access to the Peloton cardio equipment?
Zone Fitness offers free Peloton access to all 1:1 personal training and studio membership clients. Peloton bookings are scheduled through the studio’s booking link on their website, where clients can easily reserve time on either the Peloton tread or the spin bike. It’s a fun way to encourage cardio as part of your fitness journey!
Do you offer any special pricing?
We offer an introduction to personal training. For $189, you receive three sessions to be used within 10 days. We also offer an introduction to our Studio Membership, which is two weeks for $30.

We run special promotions on both personal training and studio membership throughout the year and encourage you to join our email list to see those promotions.

Booking Information for 1:1 Personal Training & Studio Membership Sessions
All 1:1 Personal Training sessions can be scheduled directly with your trainer or through our website’s booking link.

Studio Membership sessions are also booked using the same booking link on our website.

What is your cancellation / no-show policy?

We kindly ask for 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 Personal Training session. However, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window, we will review each case individually and allow you to reschedule the session within the same week.

Please ensure that Studio Membership cancellations are made directly through our booking link on our website. Failure to attend a Studio Membership booking you’ve signed up for will incur a $10 fee.

When will I start to see results?
Results can vary for each individual, depending on fitness level, consistency, and goals. If you work out at least three times a week and combine cardio and strength training, you can start noticing improvements in energy, strength, and endurance within 4–6 weeks. However, for significant changes, it may take 8–12 weeks. Stay consistent, be patient, and trust the process—you’ll get there!
How long are the 1:1 Personal Training Sessions?

All of our 1:1 Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes long.

How much is 1:1 Personal Training?

We offer monthly plans as well as packages. Prices start at $65 per session depending on plan and commitment.

What if Open Gym or the Peloton is waitlisted?

If  Open Gym or the Peloton is waitlisted, please join the waitlist. As clients cancel, you will be automatically added to the Open Gym or Peloton and will be notified by email. If you cannot make the Open Gym or Peloton time, please log into Mindbody and cancel.

How do you track progress in clients?

We offer all our 1:1 Personal Training clients a fitness assessment every 3-4 months. Each month we review any monthly goals and set a path for each client.

Fitness assessments are available to studio membership clients for a fee.

Do you have lockers or showers?

We do not have lockers but do offer space where you may store your belongings while in the studio. We have restrooms where you can freshen up but do not have showers.
